Indianapolis vendors gathered Wednesday to get a preview of the 2018 Indianapolis Home Show, which included a presentation by Fischer Homes. The group constructed the show’s Centerpiece Home inside the Exposition Hall at the Indiana State Fairgrounds. The structure is a cozy farmhouse with luxurious touches, including a multi-use backyard and pool, which will make any house a home.

November saw a two-point increase in builder confidence for newly-built single-family homes. That’s the highest score since March, 2017, and the second highest since July 2005.
