Estes Designs recently worked with Westbourne to upgrade the neighborhood’s curb appeal.
Located on the west side of Indianapolis, Westbourne is an 80-unit condominium community with mailboxes in need of repair. For this project, Estes Designs partnered with Community Association Services of Indiana on the project to replace T1 steel mailboxes on wood posts with rust-free, all-aluminum Estes T2 mailboxes on powder-coated, aluminum posts. Additionally, Estes Designs added newspapers slots to the model. To help Westbourne stay within budget, Estes Designs broke the project into 2 phases that will span over 3 years.
