Estes Designs and HAND team up
Recently, Estes Designs worked with Hamilton County Area Neighborhood Development (HAND) to install a 12-unit cluster box unit (CBU) into their new Home Place Gardens community. Home Place Gardens is HAND’s first affordable rental community located in Carmel, Indiana. This community will house eight one- and two-bedroom duplex apartments for seniors ages 55 and older and two three-bedroom detached homes for families who have survived violence.
HAND has affordable living communities located throughout Indiana in Cicero, Noblesville and Sheridan. The mission of HAND is to invest in neighborhoods, provide housing solutions, and build partnerships to improve the lives and build community in Hamilton County.
