How CBUs can benefit your community
New communities and property managers are beginning to mandate the use of Cluster Box Units (CBUs) in the Indianapolis area. CBUs save communities money in installation fees and maintenance cost, decrease on the number of stops for USPS workers and increase security for residents.
CBUs contrast with traditional mailboxes in several ways. CBUs are large mailbox units that allow residents to store mail and packages safely and securely. They help communities eliminate the hassle of maintaining traditional mailboxes for homes, and offer a simplified mail delivery.
Reserve at Woodside is a new community in Noblesville, Indiana and consists of 80 single-family homes that were built by Beazer Homes. Recently, Estes Designs worked with Reserve at Woodside to design a decorative CBU that was complimentary to their neighborhood’s style. Estes Designs worked with the community to complete this project in 2 phases.
