Estes Designs Mailbox and Streetscapes partners with communities, homeowner associations and property managers to give neighborhoods a fresh look. A modern, high-quality mailbox is a perfect way to improve a home’s curb appeal and a neighborhood’s overall atmosphere.
Estes is working with Ardsley Management to do just this in the Conner Knoll subdivision. The neighborhood is located in Fishers, Indiana and has over 210 mailbox units, which Estes Designs will be replacing. Estes and Ardsley will be conducting a 4-5 phase project to:
- Design a new color scheme to switch the mailboxes color from tan to black.
- Replace the entire unit by installing a new mailbox and post.
- Add aluminum trimmer guards to protect all the new posts. See our trimmer guard below!
At the completion of the project, Conner Knoll will have a fresh and an updated appearance to match the neighborhood’s scenic landscape.
