Recently, we hosted a lunch and learn for Sentry Management in Indianapolis. We talked about the pain points the management team has around ensuring their communities always look their best. However, with all the tasks a property manager has, mailboxes, street signs and mailbox posts can sometimes fall by the wayside. It turns out, for many property managers, the reason they need Estes Designs is the fact that we are so customer focused and driven to make their job as easy as possible.

Estes Designs takes it even further by doing the heavy lifting. Once a community has a mailbox unit assigned, we upload those specifications to our Search By Community tool on our website. From there, each individual can order their own mailbox without having to call the property manager. We’ll deliver and install the mailbox quickly and efficiently so that the hassle is taken away from not just the property manager, but the property resident as well!
