The project consists of the replacement of 52 units. Estes Designs is replacing old, faded and cracked cedar posts with rust-free, powder coated aluminum standard mailboxes. All of the metal Estes Designs receives from Estes Design and Manufacturing is durable and virtually maintenance free, which directly aligns with Gray Farms Estates community’s request. These 52 units have built-in newspaper chutes because that was an important feature to the residents of Gray Farms Estates community.
