Each year, the United States Postal Service (USPS) designates the third week of May as Mailbox Improvement. This year, May 21-27 will be Mailbox Improvement Week. During this week residents are encouraged to assess and, if needed, improve their mailboxes’ appearance. USPS highlights the importance of providing mailboxes that are: approved by the Postmaster General, designed to protect mail from weather, safe to use, conveniently located, and neat in appearance.
Estes Designs is proud to provide mailboxes that meet all of these requirements, so in honor of Mailbox Improvement Week, we will be offering Homeowner Associations or communities discounts for a mutually agreed upon week (it doesn’t have to be May 21-27). This deal allows customers to order “cafeteria style”—they can purchase a new unit, a post only, a mailbox only, trimmer guards, or get posts repainted. Interested customers would receive an advanced mailing from the Property Manager announcing the prices and date of the week, and then customers would call in during that week to place their orders and benefit from discounted pricing. Lastly, Estes Designs would travel out to participating communities and install all of the orders for that community at one time.
