For example, when we repeatedly heard feedback that mailbox posts were being damaged by weed whackers and lawnmowers, we designed a high strength, aluminum trimmer guard to shield the posts. Listening to our customer’s feedback has resulted in product innovations and improvements as well as installation improvements that would not have been achieved otherwise. Delivering to meet our customer’s needs is a top priority of Estes Designs, and we take into account all feedback our customers have to offer.
Estes Designs is able to act on customer’s innovative ideas thanks in large part to our relationship with our parent company, Estes Design and Manufacturing, Inc. Not only are they equally as dedicated to innovation in the workplace, but they also provide us with engineering and prototyping departments that are seasoned in taking ideas from fantasy to reality. The engineering department allows us to create new, innovative product designs with the help from an experienced team boasting diverse capabilities. The rapid prototyping department allows us to build a wide variety of prototypes quickly and test numerous mailbox, trimmer guard, bracket, and post designs. Estes Designs and Manufacturing also has state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment that bend and shape each of our products quickly, affordably, and with extreme attention to detail.
