Estes Designs takes the stress out of logistics with a customer-focused approach.
Updating curb appeal is one way communities entice potential buyers and add value to existing residents. However, with all the maintenance the goes into managing a community, how can a neighborhood update their look quickly and cost-effectively?
Estes Designs Mailbox and Streetscapes partners with communities, homeowners associations (HOA’s), and property managers throughout Indiana by tailoring their services to give each neighborhood its own unique look while meeting the community’s specific needs and budget.
Estes Designs recently partnered with The Anchorage, a gated community in Fishers, Indiana, to improve the neighborhood’s look. The community’s mailboxes were faded and the posts were severely cracked and rotted. Estes Designs worked with the HOA to install a new model designed to withstand the elements for years to come.
In just one day, Estes Designs removed and replaced mailboxes and posts for 65 homes. The model selected was the Estes Designs Cambridge unit, a powder coated, galvanized Estes T3 Mailbox. To prevent the posts from rusting, The Anchorage used 4×4 powder coated aluminum posts painted black.
If you live in central Indiana, you can find your community with the Search by Community tool. This tool has the mailbox specifications for many communities on file and makes for easy ordering and replacements.
