Through powder-coated aluminum, these CBUs will be extremely long lasting. The CBUs are still able to receive parcels and all the mail lays flat. The United States Postal Service (USPS) is now preferring this type of unit for all new communities. Estes Designs has completed many CBU projects for Lennar Homes, who have recently acquired CalAtlantic Homes.
