Conner Knoll is a beautiful, sprawling community in Fishers, Indiana that has over 200 homes in the subdivision. Through a partnership with Ardsley Management, Estes Designs Mailbox and Streetscapes helped transform this community.
This summer, Estes Designs is completing the last phase of a three-year project. The Conner Knoll community wanted an entirely new mailbox and post color scheme. BY June 2018, Estes Designs will have replaced every mailbox unit in the community and designed a unique new color scheme for their neighborhood. As an added bonus, the project included the Estes Designs 4X4 trimmer guard, which will protect and reinforce the base of the mailbox post.
Estes Designs is committed to working with and for communities. To ensure the Conner Knoll community had money to spend on other community projects, Estes Design phased the project over several years. This allowed Conner Knoll to spend money on this project gradually over three years and freed up cash for other projects within the community.
