Estes Designs Mailbox and Streetscapes partners with communities, homeowner associations and property managers to give neighborhoods a fresh look. A modern, high-quality mailbox is a perfect way to improve a home’s curb appeal and a neighborhood’s overall atmosphere.
Estes is working with Armour Property Management to do just that in the Grassy Knoll subdivision. The neighborhood is located in Westfield, IN and has over 80 homes. Estes worked directly with Grassy Knoll to design a 3-phase project that worked within their budget. By spreading the replacement cost over 3 phases, the community was able to free up funding for other areas and steadily improve the look of their neighborhood through the life of the project.
Last week, Estes Designs completed phase 2 of the project by removing and replacing the post and mailbox for 28 homes. By the spring of 2018, the project will be complete and each home will have a new and improved mailbox unit to increase the curb appeal of the entire community.
