Brad Shaffer is the manager of Estes Designs. Brad brings over 20 years of residential and commercial construction experience. His experience spans from commercial real estate development & construction, building retail centers, warehouse and industrial buildings, multi family projects to developing single-family residential subdivisions. Brad is a graduate of Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana.

Tim Hughes
Service Manager
Tim Hughes serves as the Service Manager and Builder/Manager Liaison at Estes Designs. He is responsible for overseeing all the day to day aspects of the service department. Tim manages the Estes Designs installation crews, office staff and is also responsible for production and inventory control. Tim is a graduate of Bob Jones University in Greenville, South Carolina.

Ken King
Office Manager
As Office Manager, Ken King is responsible for not only the office, but the shop, vehicles and production facility as well. Ken is responsible for each order from the time it comes in until the job is completed. Ken is a graduate of Midwestern Baptist College in Pontiac, Michigan.

Ken Earnshaw
Manager, Ohio Division
As Manager of the Estes Designs Ohio Division, Ken Earnshaw oversees daily operations, customer service, and the growth of the Ohio market. Ken retired from the U.S. Army in 2023 after a distinguished 20-year career, bringing with him a strong foundation in leadership, teamwork, and service. He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and enjoys the challenges of entrepreneurship and building meaningful relationships with clients.
Ken is passionate about serving people and leading teams with integrity. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family and church community.
