At Estes Designs, it is important for us to help grow and better our community in every way possible. With our current partnerships, the referrals made to us are extremely important. This month, we would like to highlight our community, Creekside Villas. Referred by their property management company, Community Association Services of Indiana, Estes Designs was able to upgrade their neighborhood mailboxes. Located in Brownsburg, Indiana with over 130 homes, they had old, deteriorated cedar posts.
With this referral we were able to accommodate the HOA’s, Homeowners Association, desire to break the project up in two different phases to preserve the cash flow for other projects. Estes Designs was able to complete phase one in just one week, back in early June 2020. After assessing the current mailboxes, Estes Designs suggested the Estes “Arlington Model” which has rust-free powder coated aluminum products. With the approval of the HOA, the community had a fresh, newly renovated look from the streets.
