Estes Designs is happy to highlight Chapel Villas community located in Noblesville. Recently we completed the first phase (a 56 home project) in this community.
The Noblesville post office recently implemented a regulation requiring new communities to have cluster mailbox units (CBUs) rather than typical individual curbside units. This new requirement not only saves time and money for the US Postal Service but also the builder. CBUs require fewer stops for the mail carrier while the builder enjoys a lower “cost per home” price in their mailbox budget. The US Postal Service in Noblesville and Cal Atlantic Homes (formerly known as Ryland Homes) were aware of Estes Designs experience in CBU installations. Therefore, Cal Atlantic Homes reached out to Estes Designs for help on the 56 home project. Estes Designs stepped in and served as the liaison between the post office and builder. Before installing the actual CBUs, Estes Designs assisted in determining the best location of the CBUs in the community, obtaining feedback and approval from the post office and local building inspectors. Estes Designs installed three powder coated, custom labeled 16-unit CBUs and one 8-unit CBU.
Estes Designs has benefitted from a close relationship with the Noblesville post office and Cal Atlantic Homes. We look forward to assisting Cal Atlantic Homes with their new Turnberry community and other future developments. If you or your community is interested in new mailbox installations, or converting your old, curbside mailboxes to new CBUs, visit our website and request a quote or find your community’s specifications.
