Back in March, when the pandemic began, some of our builder partners asked if we could reduce our prices temporarily due to the uncertain effect of COVID-19. It was an easy decision to make, because it was that important to help our trade partners keep their employees working. A partner relationship built on trust and working together is one that will be sustainable especially during challenging times.
As the economy began to reopen, our partners came back to us saying that they could resume paying our original prices, and they appreciated the accommodations we made during to assist them during a time of need. We value our relationships with our home building partners, and we are glad we were able to assist them during these challenging times.
